ICE agents detained 2,908 illegal immigrants in New England in the last fiscal year — with a majority of those busts in Massachusetts. Nationwide, 158,581 “administrative arrests” were recorded.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported Friday those caught already had records or charges pending against them, including:

REMOVALS
ICE deported 256,085 migrants, a 13-percent increase year over year.
GANG DEPORTATIONS
ICE removed 5,872 suspected gang members, a 162-percent jump from the previous fiscal year. Another 42 suspected terrorists were also kicked out of the country.
